Meta Ads Creative Designer & Video Editor (Image + Short-Form Video) – Streetwear Jewelry Brand (Warpedsense®)

Warpedsense® is a fast-growing, genderless/unisex jewelry brand inspired by streetwear, internet culture, and bold, unique aesthetics.
Our pieces stand out with unusual shapes, rich textures, and edgy details – visuals that demand attention in ads. We sell online across Europe (core market: Germany) and the USA, backed by 50k+ Instagram followers and live Meta campaigns that drive real revenue.
We're searching for a talented, fast-moving creative to craft scroll-stopping ads that convert – and grow alongside us.
Your Role
Work directly with the founder to:
- Research trends & winning ads
- Ideate powerful hooks
- Produce high-performing static image ads + short-form video ads for Meta
Focus: Create multiple variations fast for A/B testing, transforming raw product shots into high-converting creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research top-performing ads in jewelry, fashion, streetwear, and direct-response (Meta, TikTok etc.)
- Brainstorm creative concepts & hooks aligned with our style
- Design static image ads (Photoshop/Canva) – macro shots, textures, modern layouts
- Edit short-form videos/Reels (CapCut) – hooks, transitions, text, music sync
- Deliver 5–15+ variations per concept (layouts, copy, formats) for rapid testing
- Support sourcing, organizing & maintaining our creative asset library
- Daily communication via Slack – quick, clear feedback loops

- Dark, moody, clean aesthetics
- Unusual jewelry shapes & bold textures (strong macro/close-up focus)
- High-contrast, minimal yet striking compositions
- Streetwear + internet-culture vibe – edgy, modern, authentic
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media/image ads or Meta creatives
- Strong skills in short-form video editing (TikTok/Reels/Ads style)
- Proficient in CapCut (must-have for fast edits)
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Canva or similar tools
- Ability to research ads and spot performance drivers (CTR, conversions)
- Excellent written & spoken English
- High attention to detail + quick turnaround
- Reliable, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce growth
Big Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with e-commerce or product-focused brands (jewelry/fashion ideal)
- Hands-on with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Flux, RunwayML etc.) for rapid ideation
- Knowledge of direct-response / Meta ad best practices
- Portfolio with high-converting ads or streetwear-style content

Workload & Schedule
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week (flexible hours)
- Good overlap with European time zones preferred
- Long-term role with potential to increase hours or take on more responsibility as we scale
Compensation
$1,000 – $1,400 USD per month (depending on experience, skills, and proven results)
+ Performance bonuses for creatives that scale or outperform benchmarks
