As we continue scaling, we are hiring a Client Success Manager to support our growing client base, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with the agents we serve.
This is not a basic support role.
We are looking for someone who can guide clients, solve problems, manage expectations, and protect retention.
Position Overview
The Client Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our real estate agent clients.
Your responsibility is to ensure agents understand how the system works, feel supported, and ultimately stay with Egen Media long term.
You will help with:
• Client onboarding
• Answering questions and concerns
• Reviewing lead quality concerns
• Managing expectations around marketing and lead conversion
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
Your role is critical to reducing churn and increasing client lifetime value.
You will regularly communicate with clients through:

• Google Meets calls

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
Lead onboarding calls with new clients to ensure they understand:
• How the lead system works
• What qualifies as a seller lead
• What expectations should be for conversion
• Best practices for following up with leads
Your goal is to set the client up for success from day one.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Respond to client questions and concerns promptly
• Maintain consistent communication with clients
• Build trust and strong long-term relationships
• Document important client conversations and updates inside our CRM
Lead Quality Review
Occasionally, clients may question the quality of a lead.
You will:
• Review the lead information
• Verify if it meets our qualification criteria
• Communicate clearly with the client about the outcome
• Issue credits when appropriate based on company policy
Expectation Management
A key part of this role is educating clients on how marketing works.
You will help clients understand:
• Why follow-up matters
• Why not every lead converts immediately
• How agents can improve their closing rates
• Best practices for working seller leads
This helps prevent misunderstandings and improves client success.
Client Retention & Problem Solving
When clients experience frustration or concerns, your job is to:
• Listen carefully
• Acknowledge their concern
• Provide solutions or guidance
• Escalate internally if needed
Your goal is to retain the client whenever possible and keep them satisfied.
Internal Communication
You will also coordinate internally with our team when needed regarding:
• Lead delivery questions
• System updates
• CRM issues
• Client feedback
Clear communication with the internal team is essential.
Qualifications
Required
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience working with clients in a professional environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable leading calls and speaking with clients
• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling concerns
Preferred
Experience in:
• Real estate industry
• Marketing agencies
• Lead generation companies
• CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar tools
