About Tadhana
Tadhana is the Philippines’ first exclusive matchmaking platform for extraordinary singles. We combine human insight, curated video profiles, and real connection to create meaningful introductions, not just swipes. We’re an early-stage startup building something that doesn’t exist yet in the Philippine market.

The Role
You’ll be the face of Tadhana for every applicant. Your job is to personally interview each person who applies to join the platform, both in-person in the Manila/Makati area and via video call for applicants outside Metro Manila. You’ll assess whether they’re a genuine fit for our community, guide them through the process, and help accepted members build polished, professional profiles, including photos, video introductions, and written bios. Every interaction should reflect the premium, personal brand we’re building.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct in-person interviews with applicants in the Manila/Makati area
• Conduct video call interviews with applicants who can’t meet in person
• Evaluate each applicant’s sincerity, personality, and fit for the Tadhana community
• Score and document each interview using our internal review system
• Communicate decisions to applicants: acceptance, waitlist, or decline, with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Provide feedback to leadership on applicant trends and common questions
• Help shape the interview process as we grow and refine our standards
• Direct and coordinate professional photo sessions for accepted female members
• Guide members through filming their 60-second video introductions
• Help craft each member’s written profile and bio so it’s polished and on-brand

Who You Are
• Warm, professional, and an excellent judge of character
• Comfortable conducting interviews both in person and on camera
• Strong communicator in English and Filipino
• Discreet and trustworthy, you’ll be handling personal and sensitive information
• Organized and reliable with scheduling and follow-through
• Passionate about relationships, people, and building something meaningful
• Based in or near Manila/Makati with flexibility to meet applicants at designated locations
• Eye for aesthetics, comfortable directing photos, video, and profile presentation
