JOB OVERVIEW

FULL TIME JOB: AI Presenter Video Producer for YouTube (Talking-Head Explainer Videos)

ONLY APPLY IF YOU TRULY HAVE THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE

We are looking to hire an AI Presenter Video Producer who can create high-quality talking-head educational videos using a consistent AI presenter. This is a long-term role. The goal is to build a reliable production system where you can deliver finished videos end-to-end with minimal guidance once the style is locked.

What you’ll be producing
• 20–30 minute YouTube videos (long-form)
• A consistent and authentic on-screen AI presenter (original/authorized avatar only)
• Clean thumbnails and simple supporting visuals (charts, stock b-roll, on-screen text)
• A professional, trustworthy “explainer” tone (no sensational content)

Responsibilities
1. AI presenter setup and consistency
You will set up or configure the presenter so it stays consistent across videos, with natural facial movement, lip-sync, and voice delivery.
2. Script and structure (from my outline or your draft)
You’ll turn outlines into clear, engaging scripts with a strong hook, logical flow, and easy-to-follow explanations. Add simple disclaimers when needed and keep the content platform-safe.
3. Video editing and production
Generate presenter footage and edit the full video with b-roll, text overlays, and basic visuals. Deliver clean audio (clear voice, balanced levels).
4. Packaging
Create the thumbnail image in a consistent channel style.

Deliverables
• Final video export (1080p minimum, 4K if the workflow supports it)
• Thumbnail (1920×1080)
• Organized assets or project files (preferred)

Quality bar
We're not looking for generic AI videos. I need a natural, premium result:
• No obvious lip-sync issues
• No distracting glitches
• Voice that sounds clean and credible
• Consistent look and feel across uploads

Tools
Use whatever tool stack you prefer (HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, Runway, ElevenLabs, Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, etc.) as long as the output is high quality and you have the rights to use the assets.

What to include in your application
1. 2–5 examples of your most realistic AI presenter / explainer videos
2. Your workflow (tools + steps)
3. Your expected output speed (how many long videos per week you can deliver)
4. Can you create thumbnails too? (yes/no)
5. Any limits or constraints (topics, licensing, etc.)
START YOUR APPLICATION WITH THE WORD 'AVATAR' TO SHOW YOU'RE REAL

Test:
Shortlisted candidates will receive a small test project:
• 60 seconds in the target style
• If the quality matches, we proceed long-term

Compensation:
$500/month flat (plus performance bonuses).
Performance bonusses:
100k views on a video = $50 bonus
250k views = Another $50 bonus
800k views = $200 bonus on top of what you already had

On top of that: In 2-4 months if quality exceeds expectations, your pay will increase!

If you can consistently produce high-quality AI presenter videos with a polished, realistic result, please apply with your portfolio and workflow. Please DO NOT apply if you have too many clients and active projects since we’re looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber.
