About the Role
Leker Projects LLC is seeking a World-Class Etsy Expert to take full control of our store operations. We are not looking for a "task-follower." We are looking for a Store Leader who understands the Etsy ecosystem inside out—from high-level SEO and product research to strict policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Taking the store from 0 to 100. Full ownership of the P&L and growth strategy.

Expert Product Research: Identifying "Winning Products" that align with Etsy’s latest market trends.

Creativity Standards Mastery: Deep knowledge of Etsy’s ---------- Creativity Standards. You must ensure all listings are 100% compliant to avoid flags or removals.

Advanced SEO: Using professional tools (eRank, Marmalead, etc.) to dominate search rankings.

Fulfillment Excellence: Managing orders flawlessly (Manual and Automated) with a 100% success rate.

Account Health: Maintaining Star Seller status and ensuring zero policy violations.

Requirements (Strict):
Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years of managing successful Etsy stores. You will be asked to show "Live" proof during the interview.

Remote Work Expert: You must be 100% comfortable working via Remote Desktop (AnyDesk / Google Remote). We do not provide direct login credentials for security reasons.

English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication.

Problem Solver: You provide solutions and results, not descriptions of problems.
