Remote | Uncapped Commission | Long-Term Opportunity

We’re a fast-growing, family-run B2B sales agency working with SaaS companies, agencies, and service businesses across the UK, Australia, Europe, and the US.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B cold caller who knows how to hold confident conversations with decision-makers, book qualified sales meetings, and take ownership of their results.

This is not an entry-level role. If you have real B2B cold calling experience and want uncapped earning potential in a supportive, high-performance environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to founders, directors, and senior decision-makers
- Booking qualified sales meetings for our clients
- Following clear call frameworks while adapting naturally in conversation
- Handling objections calmly and confidently
- Keeping notes and outcomes updated in our systems
- Taking responsibility for your own performance and improvement

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B cold calling experience
- Strong objection handling and conversation control
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, natural tone
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to earn
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Coachable mindset and open to feedback
- Reliable setup. Stable internet, quiet calling environment, headset
