JOB OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity exists for a high-level SEO Expert in the online marketing and website design industry to join a results-driven agency focused on conversion and measurable growth.

We are not looking for a "technical robot." We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands that SEO is about driving revenue, not just vanity metrics. You will be working directly with our internal team and clients to improve visibility, authority, and lead generation. This is a role for someone who takes ownership and treats every client’s business as if it were their own.

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS: • Extremely stable high-speed internet connection with backup options. • Modern PC/Laptop capable of handling heavy SEO tools and multi-tab workflows. • Ability to work within the Perth/Philippines timezone (GMT+8).

CORE TECH STACK: • SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog. • Analytics: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager. • Reporting: Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). • CMS: WordPress (Elementor/Gutenberg experience preferred). • Project Management: ClickUp or similar high-level task management.

THE MANDATE: High attention to detail and strict adherence to instructions are non-negotiable. We operate on a "zero-mistake" policy for basic execution. If you cannot follow a process, do not apply.

RANKINGS We do not care about ranking #1 for a keyword that doesn't sell. We are "Advisors," not "People Pleasers." If a client asks for a strategy that you know will fail or waste their budget, you are expected to speak up, provide the data-backed alternative, and guide them toward the better outcome. You must be a conversion-focused SEO, not a checklist-filler.

DAILY WORKFLOW: • Morning check-ins via Slack/Teamwork. • Execution of technical audits and monthly optimizations. • Reviewing Search Console spikes or dips and reacting immediately. • Client liaison and performance reporting.
