We are looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Client Success VA to manage the experience for our clients after their account is set up.
In this role you will:
- Conduct onboarding calls with new clients
- Provide day-to-day customer support via
- Troubleshoot basic technical questions inside client sub-accounts
- Host small live group software support sessions weekly
This is a great role for someone who enjoys teaching software, solving problems, and helping people succeed with technology.
You should already feel comfortable navigating GoHighLevel sub-accounts.
You Are a Great Fit If You...
- Have GoHighLevel experience (sub-accounts, workflows, pipelines, conversations)
- Are comfortable leading Zoom calls in English
- Are an excellent written communicator
- Are patient, calm, and solution-oriented
- Have experience in customer support, onboarding, or client success
Schedule
Must be available for Tuesday and Thursday live training sessions
Other support hours are flexible
Daily response-time standards must be maintained
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience.
