JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Intermediate Tech VA specializing in outbound sales operations. This role is designed for a self-starter who can own the operational layer of your cold email systems—specifically within Instantly.ai—ensuring that campaigns remain healthy and high-performing so you can focus exclusively on strategy and sales conversations.

Main Responsibilities / Day-to-Day
- Campaign Management: Manage and maintain cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai, including sequencing updates and rigorous deliverability monitoring.
- Lead Acquisition: Research, scrape, and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related scraping tools.
- Technical Infrastructure: Handle all technical setup tasks including domain warmup, inbox rotation, tool integrations, and initial campaign configurations.
- Copywriting & Optimization: Rewrite or refresh cold email scripts based on performance data to keep engagement high.
- Performance Tracking: Proactively flag issues, surface weekly updates on campaign health, and provide monthly summaries with actionable observations.
- Data Quality: Scrape, clean, and structure lead lists to ensure they are 100% campaign-ready and ICP-matched.

Essential Qualifications / Must-Haves
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience running cold email campaigns end-to-end, specifically within Instantly.ai.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of inbox health, deliverability management, and domain warmup protocols.
- Lead Generation: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead research and list building.
- Communication: Fluent English speaker/writer capable of reviewing and managing scripts without hand-holding.
Autonomy: Strong async communicator who can take a brief and execute independently without requiring daily check-ins.

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves
- Marketing Instincts: Strong copywriting skills to "punch up" a sequence and experience running A/B tests on subject lines and CTAs.
- Automation Literacy: Working knowledge of Zapier or Make to connect sales tools and reduce manual data entry.
- Sales Acumen: Familiarity with outbound sales workflows and a sharp eye for distinguishing high-quality leads from low-quality ones.

KPIs / Success Metrics
- Campaign Health: Ensuring campaigns are live, healthy, and sending without deliverability or bounce issues.
- Lead Delivery: Weekly delivery of lead lists at the agreed volume and quality (ICP-matched).
- Engagement Benchmarks: Maintaining email open rates at 40%+ with positive trends in reply rates.
- Operational Reliability: Zero "dropped balls"—completing tasks and tech setups within agreed turnaround times without needing follow-up chasing.
