POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (International Tea
You will create:
- Fundraising appeals
- Impact reports
- Social media graphics

- Print collateral
- Program marketing materials
- Campaign branding assets
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design print and digital materials aligned with brand standards
- Develop creative concepts from idea to final production
- Create graphics for social media,
- Produce high-level fundraising campaign visuals
- Prepare files for print production (pre-press knowledge required)
- Maintain consistency across all Foundation communications
- Collaborate with U.S.-based tea
- Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4–7+ years professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio (REQUIRED)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Print production knowledge
- Experience designing for
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working U.S. hours

WORKING HOURS
This is a full-time position aligned with U.S. Eastern Time operations. We are open to two scheduling options:
Option 1: Full U.S. Eastern Time Coverage
Work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.), Monday through Friday.
(This is 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time, depending on daylight savings adjustments.)
Option 2: Shift Overlap Schedule
Work a schedule that provides meaningful overlap with our U.S. team. This option must include:
- A minimum of 4–5 hours of live overlap between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time
- Total shift of 8 hours per day
Example overlap schedules may include:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT)
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT)
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT)
We are flexible and will consider both options for the right candidate. However, strong availability during core U.S. team collaboration hours is required.
