JOB OVERVIEW

Project Description - This is a software development position. Must have experience in software development and coding.

We operate a high-volume live auction business via Whatnot. During our live streams we sell thousands of individual items using a generic listing.

Each item sold is assigned a sequential Item Number by the platform.

During the stream we place a sequential barcode sticker on each item (0001, 0002, 0003, etc).

After the show we export a CSV file of orders.

We need a simple software tool that:

Imports the CSV

Assigns each order to a bin

Allows a user to scan item barcodes

Displays which bin the item should go into

This will allow us to quickly sort hundreds of items into order bins for packing.

We then need the packers to be able to scan the items into boxes and have the system reject any items that should not be in that order. We would also like the ability to track productivity at a user level so it will need to be able to have login/staff accounts. Web based app preferred that can eventually be sold as a service to other warehouses.
