About the Role
We are a growing consumer product brand expanding our wholesale and retail partnerships. We are looking for a sales-focused outreach specialist who can help us identify potential retail partners, build relationships, and develop new wholesale opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys B2B sales, outreach, and relationship building, and who is comfortable managing leads and opportunities in a CRM system.
You will play an important role in helping our products reach more retailers and customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Outreach
• Identify and research potential retail partners and specialty stores?• Conduct outreach via
Lead Generation
• Research qualified retailers and organizations that align with our products?• Maintain outreach lists and track engagement?• Support both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Track leads, partners, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM?• Maintain an organized sales pipeline?• Update deal stages and contact records regularly
Wholesale Coordination
• Support wholesale communication with retail partners?• Help coordinate wholesale opportunities through Shopify?• Track retail accounts and maintain organized records
Required Skills
• Experience with B2B sales, outreach, or lead generation?• Strong written English communication?• Highly organized and detail-oriented?• Comfortable following up with prospects and partners?• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)?• Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations at once?• Comfortable making occasional outbound calls
Preferred Experience
• Experience selling to retailers or wholesale partners?• Shopify experience?• ClickUp or project management tools?• QuickBooks experience (invoicing and accounts receivable follow-ups)?• Canva experience for simple visuals or outreach materials
Availability
You must be available for at least 4 hours during this window:
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Additional flexible hours are welcome.

Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience.
This is a long-term remote role with growth opportunities for the right person.
