Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Hi! We’re looking for a high-performing Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our Australian marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands content creation, social media management, and short-form video editing, and who can confidently help execute content plans across multiple platforms.
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and organised, with a strong eye for visual content and a solid understanding of how social media works.
If you have experience working with brands in the medical, aesthetic, beauty, cosmetic, or wellness industry, this role will be a great fit.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media execution, content creation, and publishing across our main platforms including Instagram, TikTok,
You will work closely with our Senior Social Media Manager and Australian marketing team to implement the content strategy and ensure that all posts maintain a consistent, premium brand identity while supporting overall growth and engagement goals.
Your role will focus on executing content plans, creating engaging visuals and videos, and maintaining an organised publishing workflow.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow with a structured and professional marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Execution
Manage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok,
Execute the monthly content calendar developed by the marketing team.
Write engaging captions with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and platform-appropriate tone.
Ensure that all content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual identity.
Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithm changes, and content formats, and apply relevant ideas to content production.
Assist in maintaining organised workflows for scheduled posts and content preparation.
2. Content Creation & Video Editing
Create high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Edit long-form content including podcasts, consultations, interviews, and educational content.
Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips optimized for social media engagement.
Design engaging carousel posts, story graphics, and branded visual assets using Canva or similar design tools.
Create YouTube thumbnails and supporting visual assets when required.
Ensure that all creative output aligns with the brand’s premiu
Maintain a clean, professional editing style suitable for healthcare and medical-related content.
3. Publishing, Scheduling & Optimization
Upload and schedule content across all social platforms in accordance with the content calendar.
Format posts correctly including captions, hashtags, metadata, and platform-specific settings.
Ensure that content is optimized for discoverability, engagement, and strong visual presentation.
Maintain organised posting schedules and structured content workflows.
Ensure that content is delivered and published on time according to campaign schedules.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and the Australian marketing team to execute content plans effectively.
Coordinate with the VA team to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
(Note: The VA team manages DMs and comments, so you will not be responsible for replying to messages.)
Provide clear updates and communicate professionally with tea
Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Full-Time Position
?1,500 per day (starting rate)
Up to ?1,900 per day (performance-based progression)
Performance bonuses available
40 hours per week
(Monday–Friday)

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Strong experience in short-form video editing for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Experience creating social media graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools.
Experience executing monthly content calendars and structured posting schedules.
Strong caption writing skills including hooks, storytelling, and calls-to-action.
Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
Video Editing Tools
Experience editing short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows and deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
