JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian wellness brand looking for a social media video editor who understands Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

This role is more than basic editing. You should understand hooks, pacing and storytelling for social media, and be able to suggest ideas for how videos can be structured. Responsibilities are:
• Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Turn raw footage into engaging social content
• Add captions, hooks and pacing suited to social media
• Occasionally edit longer YouTube style videos
• Suggest ideas for video edits and content structure

Our brand is a natural wellness brand selling to Australia, so edits must feel clean, subtle and lifestyle-driven. The content should feel natural and authentic, similar to modern wellness and lifestyle brands.

We are NOT looking for:
• flashy edits
• heavy motion graphics
• ---------- or gaming style editing

Job Requirements:
• Experience editing short form vertical videos
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok or YouTube content
• Excellent English communication skills
• Portfolio of previous work

Bonus if you have worked with wellness, beauty, lifestyle or fitness brands.
