Many of the brands we work with are expanding beyond Amazon into **Shopify and DTC**, and email marketing is a critical channel for retention, repeat purchase, and lifecycle marketing.

We are hiring an **Email Marketing Specialist** to manage and optimize email campaigns for our brand partners.

## Role Overview

You will be responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing programs across multiple brands. This includes campaign setup, automated flows, segmentation, and performance analysis.

The goal is to drive **higher repeat purchase rates, stronger customer retention, and increased revenue from email.**

## Key Responsibilities

### Campaign Management

* Build and schedule weekly email campaigns
* Coordinate promotional emails for launches, sales, and events
* Ensure campaigns are sent on schedule and properly tested

---

### Automated Email Flows

Create and manage cold email outreach flows
---
### Segmentation & Personalization

* Segment customer lists based on behavior and purchase history
* Create targeted campaigns to improve conversion and engagement
* Continuously test new segmentation strategies
---

### Performance Tracking

* Monitor open rate, CTR, and conversion rate
* Track revenue generated from email campaigns
* Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance

---

### Optimization & Testing

* Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, and offers
* Continuously improve campaign performance
* Implement best practices for deliverability and engagement

---

## Required Skills

* Experience with Instantly
* Strong written English
* Experience building email campaigns and flows
* Understanding of segmentation and lifecycle marketing
* Organized and detail-oriented

---

## Preferred Experience

* Experience with Amazon/Agencies
* Experience working with eCommerce agencies
* Familiarity with cold outreach marketing
* Basic understanding of design tools (Canva / Figma)

* Email revenue contribution
* Campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
* Growth in repeat customer rate
