Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Accounting and Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to help manage the financial and operational side of multiple growing businesses in the United States.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone with strong experience in accounting systems, financial organization, payroll processing, and advanced Excel work.
You will work directly with the business owner and leadership team to help keep finances organized, maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, and support administrative and operational tasks across multiple companies.
If you are highly organized, experienced with QuickBooks, and comfortable handling financial data with accuracy, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Manage company books using QuickBooks
Maintain accurate financial records and categorize transactions
Assist with payroll tracking and payroll documentation
Reconcile accounts and monitor financial activity
Create and maintain organized Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting
Prepare reports for management including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Assist with vendor payments and financial documentation
Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and business documents
Assist with operational tasks that support multiple businesses
Help identify financial discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
Requirements
Strong experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial tracking sheets
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
Experience supporting payroll processes and documentation
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to organize financial data clearly and accurately
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience managing finances for multiple companies
Experience with US based businesses
Experience with payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, or similar
Experience creating financial dashboards or reports
