We are hiring an E-commerce & Growth Manager to own day-to-day performance of our Shopify store and all external marketplaces. This role requires strong trading discipline, performance focus, and the ability to drive revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
What you’ll do:
Shopify & Site Management
• Manage daily site operations to ensure accuracy, performance, and stability
• Own onsite merchandising, navigation, and product presentation
• Execute the trading calendar and optimise CVR, AOV, and funnel performance
• Implement and manage e-commerce tools and apps
Marketplace Management
• Set up, manage, and maintain external marketplaces
• Ensure listing hygiene, pricing execution, promotions, and compliance
• Maintain marketplace health and support channel growth
Trading & Performance
• Translate commercial plans into execution across all channels
• Produce weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports with insights
• Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns land correctly onsite and on marketplaces
• Work with Commercial to prioritise products and promotions
• Collaborate with Operations on launches, replenishment, and dispatch capacity
Key KPIs
• Revenue by channel (Shopify + marketplaces)
• Conversion rate (CVR)
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Contribution margin
• Marketplace growth and compliance health
• Trading calendar accuracy
Must-have experience
• Proven e-commerce and/or marketplace management experience
• Shopify management experience (site operations, merchandising, trading)
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics (CVR, AOV, funnel analytics)
• Experience executing trading calendars and revenue-driving activities
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting
Nice to have
• Marketplace specialist experience (eBay, Amazon, Lazada, etc.)
• CRO/UX optimisation background
• Experience managing e-commerce tools, apps, and integrations
• Experience scaling digital channels in a high-growth environment
