JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing Canadian home renovation + local lead generation business. Our sites run on WordPress + Bricks Builder, and on-page SEO is managed with Rank Math/Yoast. We need a hands-on operator who executes tasks with minimal supervision.

This is execution, not strategy.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

1) WordPress / Bricks Builder (Primary)
Build and edit sections/pages in Bricks Builder
Improve layout, spacing, responsiveness (desktop/mobile)
Apply basic CSS when needed (small fixes, styling tweaks)
Upload and format new pages and blog posts
Add/replace images and keep pages visually clean

2) On-Page SEO (Rank Math)
Edit SEO titles + meta descriptions
Ensure correct heading structure (H1–H3)
Add internal links (based on instructions/SOPs)
Add schema using Rank Math when instructed
Follow templates/SOPs we provide (no strategy required)

What We Need (Requirements)

Strong WordPress publishing skills and attention to detail
Bricks Builder experience (not just Elementor/Divi)
Comfortable with basic CSS (small edits and troubleshooting)
Basic on-page SEO understanding (titles, metas, headers, internal links)
Can follow SOPs and self-manage tasks without constant direction
Reliable internet + consistent availability

Nice to Have (Bonus)
Canva / basic graphic editing
Local SEO familiarity

How We Work
You’ll receive tasks + SOPs, and you’re also expected to create your own tasks when you see obvious improvements (layout fixes, formatting cleanups, internal linking opportunities) and report them.

Expectation: clean execution, good communication, and weekly progress updates.
