JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

Instructional Video Producer (Healthcare Training)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to lead the redevelopment and modernization of educational video content for caretaker, nurse aide, and medication aide training programs.

This role focuses on rebuilding and improving existing instructional videos using transcripts, example videos, and provided educational material. Videos may range from 5 minutes to 30+ minutes in length depending on the topic.

The goal is to produce clear, engaging, and accurate training videos for healthcare students.

Responsibilities:

Rebuild and edit instructional videos using provided transcripts, source videos, and educational materials

Improve clarity, pacing, and instructional flow

Add graphics, captions, animations, and on-screen text to reinforce learning

Incorporate slides, diagrams, and visual explanations for technical healthcare concepts

Ensure audio clarity and visual consistency

Organize and archive video assets for future updates

Deliver videos according to a structured production timeline

Required Skills:

Strong video editing experience using tools such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

Final Cut Pro

Camtasia

or similar professional editing tools

Experience creating educational or instructional videos

Ability to work with long-form videos (10–40+ minutes)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow scripts and educational material precisely

Strong English comprehension

Nice to Have (Preferred):

Experience creating training or e-learning content

Familiarity with screen recordings, slides, and voiceover syncing

Basic motion graphics skills

Experience editing healthcare or technical content
