We’re hiring a Property Manager with one scoreboard: more rent-ready units, faster turns.

What you’ll do:
Run fast turns: Unit move?outs to Ready?to?Rent (R2R).
Manage boots on the ground(BOTG) contractors and vendors.
Create and drive work orders to completion with proof (photos/video).
Own site readiness: gates, locks, cameras, lighting, cleanliness, curb appeal.
Handle property projects end?to?end (example: order a sign, coordinate install, confirm with proof).
What you own (outcomes):
Median Time?to?Rent?Ready (TTRR) after move?out is ? 4 days.
Rent?Ready Unit % stays high and trending up.
Work orders dispatch quickly and close with proof.
BOTG tasks close on time with proof; reconciliation stays current.
Weekly scorecard is posted and drives action.
The authority and tools you’ll have:
You can fix what’s broken: turn workflow, proof standards, vendor SLAs, BOTG execution, inspection cadence, and enforce it.
You can approve vendor spend up to $50 per job. Above that requires approval before work begins.
Asana as the operating system (tasks, checklists, proof).
