We are currently expanding our outreach efforts and are looking for a highly articulate and confident caller who enjoys speaking with people and initiating professional conversations.

Position Overview

We are hiring a part-time outbound caller who will help us introduce Vitalaris to dental practices across the United States.

This role is not a sales role.

Your goal is simply to start friendly conversations, gather information about the practice, and help schedule a 30-minute Automation Audit / Discovery Call with a senior member of our team.

You will be speaking primarily with:

• Front desk staff
• Office managers
• Occasionally the dentist or practice owner

We will provide all training, scripts, and lead lists.

What You Will Do

You will make outbound calls to dental offices from the lead lists we provide.

During the call your role is to:

• Ask to speak with the Office Manager or Practice Manager
• Introduce yourself briefly and professionally
• Ask a few curiosity-driven questions about their operations
• Request the best contact email or direct contact information
• Leave a voicemail if necessary
• Identify the correct decision maker in the practice

If interest is shown, you may suggest scheduling a 30-minute Automation Audit with our senior team.

You will not be responsible for sales or pitching services.

What Happens After the Call

After each call, you will send a short internal email or note to our team including:

• Who you spoke with
• Their position at the clinic
• Key details from the conversation
• Level of interest
• Ideal time for a follow-up call (Mountain Time)

Our senior team will handle all discovery calls and next steps.

Topics You May Ask About

Our calls are conversational and curiosity-driven.

Example topics include:

• Front desk workload and repetitive tasks
• Missed patient calls or scheduling inefficiencies
• Generating additional revenue without advertising spend
• Improving operational efficiency with automation
• Strategic growth using artificial intelligence tools

The tone should always be curious, calm, and professional, never aggressive.

Training and Support

We will provide supplemental training to help you feel confident representing Vitalaris.

Training will include:

• Call scripts and talking points
• How to handle front desk gatekeepers
• Conversational frameworks
• Confidence-building articulation and call flow practice
• Understanding our services and mission

Our goal is to help you become extremely comfortable speaking with U.S. business professionals.

Schedule

Approximately 8-10 hours per week.

Preferred calling windows (Mountain Time):

Wednesday or Thursday
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM MST

Friday
Approximately 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM MST

We will adjust the schedule slightly based on call results and availability.

Compensation

$5 per hour

This is a top-tier hourly rate for this role because we are specifically looking for someone with:

• Excellent spoken English
• Strong confidence on the phone
• Professional communication skills

Tools We Provide

We will provide:

• Lead lists and contact sheets
• Calling scripts and conversation frameworks
Email templates
• Calling software that displays a U.S.-based phone number
• Training and support

You will not need to find leads yourself.

You must be comfortable starting conversations with new people.

Previous experience in:

Cold calling
Lead generation
Appointment setting
Customer service
Telemarketing

is helpful but not required.
