JOB OVERVIEW

Compliance Express helps nonprofit organizations stay compliant with charitable solicitation laws across the United States. We are building a library of short educational videos to help nonprofit leaders understand state compliance requirements.
We are looking for a creative, reliable Video & Social Media Creator who can produce engaging short-form educational videos and help distribute them across social media platforms.
This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week).

Role Overview
You will help create a series of short, engaging videos explaining nonprofit compliance requirements in each U.S. state. These videos will be published on our website, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
The videos should be clear, professional, and visually engaging, helping busy nonprofit leaders quickly understand compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production
Produce short 1.5–2 minute educational videos covering nonprofit compliance topics such as:
State registration requirements
Filing authorities
Filing methods
Deadlines
Key compliance tips
Responsibilities include:
Recording on-camera presentation (or voiceover if preferred)
Editing videos with motion graphics, captions, and transitions
Adding branded intro/outro elements
Maintaining a consistent visual style across all videos
Expected output:
Approximately 10 videos per week.

Social Media Content
Repurpose video content for social media distribution.
Responsibilities include:
Posting videos on LinkedIn and YouTube
Writing short accompanying captions
Creating short clips or highlights when appropriate
Maintaining a consistent posting schedule

Video Format
Videos will typically follow a simple structure:
Short hook or opening question
Key compliance facts (authority, filing method, deadlines)
Important compliance tip
Closing call-to-action directing viewers to Compliance Express
Example topics include:
“Alabama Nonprofit Registration Overview”
“How to Register a Charity in California”
“New York Charitable Registration Renewal Requirements”

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Is comfortable speaking on camera
Has experience creating short educational videos
Can edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
Understands basic motion graphics and captions
Can produce content that is clear, engaging, and easy to understand
Bonus if you have experience with:
LinkedIn content creation
YouTube content publishing
Educational or explainer videos

3 videos per state
Overview
Registration
Renewal
Approximately 120 total videos across all states.
