GoHighLevel Specialist – SaaS & Snapshot Expert
Remote | Part-Time | 2–3 Hours Per Day

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist with strong SaaS mode experience to join our team. This role is for someone who has hands-on experience building snapshots, setting up automations, and managing sub-accounts inside GoHighLevel. You must have real experience creating and deploying snapshots, building complex workflows, and configuring SaaS products inside GHL. This is not an entry-level position.

Details:
Schedule: EST Time zone 2–3 hours per day
Compensation: TBD (based on experience)
Type: Remote

Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and deploy GoHighLevel snapshots for multiple sub-accounts.
Set up and optimize automations, workflows, triggers, and campaigns.
Configure SaaS mode, pricing plans, and rebilling settings.
Create funnels, websites, forms, surveys, calendars, and pipelines inside GHL.
Connect domains, email services, SMS, and other third-party integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure accounts are functioning properly.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve systems and efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven experience working inside GoHighLevel SaaS mode.
Demonstrated experience creating and deploying snapshots.
Strong understanding of automations, workflows, triggers, and CRM setup.
Experience managing multiple sub-accounts.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and strong communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
Experience with Stripe integrations and SaaS rebilling setup.
Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify integrations.
Experience building high-converting funnels.
