Soloria & Co. Real Estate Group, a luxury real estate brand affiliated with MOD Realty, is seeking an experienced Virtual Real Estate Assistant & Transaction Coordinator to support a top-producing Realtor in Texas. This role involves managing client onboarding, transaction coordination using Transaction Desk (HAR MLS), CRM management in Go High Level, and assisting with real estate marketing and social media.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate workflows from client onboarding through closing.
Please note: Applicants must have prior experience working as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Transaction Coordinator. Applications without real estate experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination & Client Onboarding
Send welcome
Prepare and send required agreements and disclosures electronically
Create and manage transactions using Transaction Desk (HAR MLS) and track signatures via Authentisign
Monitor transaction timelines and coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors
Maintain organized transaction files in MOD Work Space
CRM Management
Input and organize contacts in Go High Level CRM
Tag leads, manage pipelines, and assign automation campaigns
Maintain accurate notes and ensure CRM records remain organized and up to date
Social Media Marketing (Secondary Priority)
Create and schedule 5+ weekly posts across Instagram,
Develop content aligned with Soloria & Co. Real Estate Group luxury branding
Produce educational content including buyer tips, seller tips, market insights, and open house promotions
Design graphics using Canva or similar tools
Marketing Support
Create marketing materials such as Open House flyers, Just Listed, Under Contract, and Sold announcements
Distribute open house flyers to agents using HAR Matrix Reverse Prospecting
Assist with listing promotion and marketing campaigns
