Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Developer to design, develop, and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building custom solutions within HubSpot, improving automation workflows, integrating third-party tools, and supporting marketing, sales, and operations teams with scalable CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in HubSpot CMS, APIs, and automation workflows, along with a solid understanding of CRM architecture and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes within HubSpot CMS
Build and optimize workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences
Implement and manage HubSpot CRM customizations, including custom objects, properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
Develop and maintain API integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the HubSpot platform
Optimize system performance, data structure, and user experience
Ensure data integrity and proper CRM architecture
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Maintain documentation for processes, integrations, and system configurations
Stay current with HubSpot product updates and best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot (CMS & CRM)
Proficiency in:
HubL
HTML/CSS
JavaScript
REST APIs
Experience building custom integrations using HubSpot APIs
Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM workflows
Experience with data migration and system implementation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot Certifications (CMS Developer, Marketing Software, Sales Software, etc.)
Experience with server-side scripting (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with webhooks and middleware platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing environments
