We are a fast-growing health and wellness brand obsessed with customer psychology and creative excellence. We are looking for a Video Editor who is genuinely passionate about performance, speed, and continuous improvement.

This is not a role for someone who just wants to follow a storyboard and clock out. We need a creative who looks at a hook and immediately thinks of three ways to make it more engaging, faster, and higher-converting.

Our philosophy: we prioritize 10 ads at 80% quality over 2 ads at 100%. Speed and volume win in performance marketing. If you're someone who obsesses over pixel-perfect polish at the expense of output, this isn't the right fit.

The Role
You will own the creation of high-volume, high-performance video ads, targeting 10–20 videos per week depending on length. This includes short-form for Meta/TikTok, long-form VSLs, AI avatars, B-roll edits, and voiceover-driven content.

You'll work from creative briefs and scripts provided by our creative strategists and copywriters, turning direction into polished, high-converting assets at speed. You take deep pride in ownership, turn raw footage and AI outputs into systematic creative machines, and ensure our creative output is a competitive advantage.

What You Will Do
* Full-Spectrum Production: Create high-converting short-form ads (15–60s), UGC-style content, and long-form VSLs for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
* AI Mastery: Take full ownership of our AI tech stack, including Veo 3, HeyGen, Runway, and ElevenLabs for video, and Nano-Banana for statics, to produce high-quality AI video, avatar, and voiceover outputs at scale.
* Source Fresh Creatives: Proactively find and source fresh B-roll and visual assets from across the internet. You never run dry, and you never recycle.

What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
* 2+ years of video editing experience, with specific experience editing for DTC brands or performance marketing.
* Technical mastery: Fluency in Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut, plus advanced proficiency in AI video tools (Veo 3, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, Nano-Banana).
* Strategic thinking: Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and storytelling in a Direct Response (DR) context.
* Resourcefulness: Proven ability to source fresh creatives, B-roll, and visual assets independently. You always have new material to work with.

* Implement feedback quickly, often same-day turnaround.
* Improvement-driven: You can demonstrate how you've personally improved a creative's performance through iteration or better editing workflows.
* Excellent English, clear written and verbal communication for seamless collaboration.
* Self-learner. You figure things out on your own. Whether it's a new tool, a new technique, or a new platform, you don't wait to be taught.
* Organized file structures and version control for rapid iteration.
