Safetech Builders is a Florida-based roofing and construction company expanding from Broward County to Tampa. As we continue growing, we are looking to strengthen our brand presence and community awareness across Florida.

We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to lead our digital content, branding, and online engagement efforts. You’ll develop social media strategy, create content, and help amplify our reputation across marketing platforms.

Main Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and LinkedIn
- Develop monthly content calendars for educational, project-based, and community-focused posts
- Capture and organize photos & videos from job sites, customer testimonials, and team activities
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries

2. Branding & Creative Production
- Maintain consistent brand look and messaging across all platforms
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok-style) and basic graphic posts
- Coordinate photography/video needs with field teams and external vendors
- Collect before/after project media and ensure proper storage and organization

3. Community & Reputation Building
- Manage Google reviews outreach and customer review follow-ups
- Highlight local partnerships, community events, and team initiatives
- Assist in planning and promoting local events or sponsorships
- Engage with relevant local groups, neighborhoods, and online communities

4. Marketing Coordination & Reporting
- Track social performance metrics and monthly growth reports
- Support flyer, yard sign, vehicle wrap, and uniform branding projects
- Work alongside leadership to refine messaging and campaign direction
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to promote active jobs and company milestones

Qualifications
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar), Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
- Ability to capture, organize, and edit digital content independently
- Good organizational habits and attention to detail
- Roofing, construction, or home services industry experience is a plus, but not required
