We're searching for a sharp creative strategist who lives and breathes short-form content and knows what makes people stop scrolling and buy.
What we need from you:
- You can identify winning angles, hooks, and concepts before a single frame is shot
- You understand AI UGC and how to brief editors using tools like Google Flow, Higgsfield, or similar
- You can source and analyze top-performing ads and reverse-engineer why they work
- Experience developing creative strategy for e-commerce brands is a must
- Supplement or health brand experience is a big plus
- Big bonus if you've worked with scaling DTC brands or have been part of EcomTalent
What you'll actually do:
Develop ad concepts, hooks, and scripts for
Brief video editors so they can execute without you holding their hand
Analyze performance data and tell us which angles to kill and which to scale
Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas every week
