The Role:

You’ll be responsible not only for strategy, but also for hands-on execution across
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management
- Own
- Manage and optimize a targeted Google Ads account focused on discovery call generation
- Run ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, offers, and funnels
- Track and optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS, and booked call volume weekly
Funnel & Technical Execution
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot pixels, tracking, and integrations across:
- Clickfunnels
- WordPress (Elementor)
- GoHighLevel
- Build, test, and optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion
- Ensure analytics, attribution, and reporting systems are accurate and reliable
Email
- Own and manage the weekly newsletter (2x per week)
- Segment lists and maintain tagging, logic, and automations in GoHighLevel
- Support cold
- Publish 2–3 value-driven
Creative & Team Collaboration
- Partner with the CEO, designers, and video editors to develop high-performing ad assets
- Translate creative briefs into effective paid and organic implementations
- Provide performance feedback to guide future creative direction
Client Campaign Support
- Assist with technical setup and integrations for client lead-generation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with tracking and success metrics
Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years of experience running paid media campaigns
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads (targeting, bidding, creative testing, optimization)
- Proven experience with full-funnel strategy and execution
- Strong technical skills across:

- Proficiency in pixel setup, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset
Bonus (but not required):
- Experience working with podcast agencies or high-ticket service businesses
- Familiarity with B2B or professional services marketing
- Experience supporting client-facing growth campaigns
