Location: Remote | Full-Time | Strong Overlap with Eastern Hours

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (USD), based on experience and location, with performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time, long-term role.

As our Facebook Ads Specialist + Technical Lead, you’ll own the entire paid growth engine that fuels Podcast Your Brand’s revenue. Your work directly impacts pipeline, sales velocity, and company growth by consistently generating 5–10 qualified discovery calls per week.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and creative team to design, launch, test, and scale full-funnel campaigns - from ads and landing pages to email automations and tracking infrastructure.

Your Mission:

Drive consistent, high-quality sales discovery calls (5–10 per week) through paid ads, email marketing, and technically sound funnel execution.

The Role:

As our Facebook Ads Specialist + Technical Lead, you’ll own and optimize our paid marketing ecosystem end-to-end.

This role sits at the intersection of:
- Performance marketing
- Technical funnel implementation
- Analytics and optimization

You’ll be responsible not only for strategy, but also for hands-on execution across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, automations, and tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management
- Own Facebook Ads strategy, setup, testing, and scaling ($3K–10K/month initially, scaling to $20K+)
- Manage and optimize a targeted Google Ads account focused on discovery call generation
- Run ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, offers, and funnels
- Track and optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS, and booked call volume weekly

Funnel & Technical Execution
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot pixels, tracking, and integrations across:
- Clickfunnels
- WordPress (Elementor)
- GoHighLevel
- Build, test, and optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion
- Ensure analytics, attribution, and reporting systems are accurate and reliable


Email
& Content Marketing
- Own and manage the weekly newsletter (2x per week)
- Segment lists and maintain tagging, logic, and automations in GoHighLevel
- Support cold email outreach initiatives (when applicable)
- Publish 2–3 value-driven Facebook Page posts per week aligned with campaign goals

Creative & Team Collaboration
- Partner with the CEO, designers, and video editors to develop high-performing ad assets
- Translate creative briefs into effective paid and organic implementations
- Provide performance feedback to guide future creative direction

Client Campaign Support
- Assist with technical setup and integrations for client lead-generation email sequences
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with tracking and success metrics

Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years of experience running paid media campaigns (Facebook required; Google Ads preferred)
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads (targeting, bidding, creative testing, optimization)
- Proven experience with full-funnel strategy and execution
- Strong technical skills across:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Clickfunnels
- WordPress (Elementor)
- GoHighLevel
- ----------
- Proficiency in pixel setup, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset

Bonus (but not required):
- Experience working with podcast agencies or high-ticket service businesses
- Familiarity with B2B or professional services marketing
- Experience supporting client-facing growth campaigns
