JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced AI Integration Engineer to lead the implementation, integration, and operationalization of Claude (Anthropic) and ClawdBot across our business operations.

This role is not experimental. It is execution-driven.

You will design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI workflows that integrate Claude and ClawdBot into real business systems, including CRM, ticketing, cybersecurity operations, marketing automation, compliance documentation, reporting, and internal knowledge management.

The objective is measurable business impact, not surface-level automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and deploy Claude-based AI workflows across departments
• Integrate ClawdBot into internal systems and external client-facing workflows
• Build secure API integrations between Claude and our CRM, PSA, ERP, and BI systems
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks aligned with compliance and governance requirements
• Implement AI guardrails, logging, and role-based access controls
• Design automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripts
• Create executive dashboards for AI utilization and ROI measurement
• Ensure all AI deployments align with cybersecurity and regulatory standards

Required Experience:
• Hands-on experience integrating Claude (Anthropic API) in production environments
• Experience deploying chatbot frameworks such as ClawdBot or similar LLM-based agents
• Strong API integration experience (REST, JSON, webhooks)
• Experience with workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with prompt engineering methodologies
• Knowledge of AI governance, model limitations, and risk controls
• Experience working with enterprise data systems

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience integrating AI into cybersecurity or compliance-driven environments
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot)
• Knowledge of zero trust architecture principles
• Experience deploying AI in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
• Python, Node.js, or similar scripting capability
