About Us

We are a woman-owned creative studio based in Los Angeles, California, working with VTubers, streamers, content creators, and digital brands.

Our focus is creating internet-native media including stream highlights, reaction content, short-form videos, motion graphics, promotional videos, creator branding, thumbnails, and social media content.

We are a small but growing studio that values creativity, collaboration, initiative, and an understanding of online culture. We are looking for a video editor who understands what makes streamer and VTuber content entertaining and knows how to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

This role will begin as contract work with the opportunity to grow into a larger position as the studio expands.

What You Will Be Creating

A major part of this role will involve editing VTuber and streamer content.

Projects may include:

• Editing livestream VODs into entertaining YouTube videos
• Creating funny reaction videos and streamer highlight compilations
• Turning long-form streams into TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Finding entertaining ---------- nts, reactions, jokes, and interactions within VODs
• Adding subtitles, ---------- s, sound effects, zooms, graphics, and other visual elements
• Creating motion graphics for creator and studio marketing campaigns
• Animated promotional posts and announcement videos
• Intro, outro, and transition animations
• Creator trailers and promotional reels
• Motion branding and logo animations
• Occasional faceless UGC or sponsored campaign content

The focus is video editing and motion graphics, not frame-by-frame animation.

Responsibilities

• Edit VTuber and streamer VODs into polished and entertaining content
• Identify strong ---------- nts from livestream footage without needing every clip provided to you
• Create short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Use pacing, captions, sound effects, ---------- s, music, and visual effects to improve comedic and entertaining ---------- nts
• Create motion graphics and promotional materials using After Effects or similar software
• Follow current editing trends across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, VTubing, and gaming communities
• Work with the Creative Lead while contributing your own ideas
• Take feedback and make revisions efficiently
• Maintain organized project files and provide editable source files when required
• Meet deadlines and communicate reliably in a remote environment

What We Are Looking For

• Video editing experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or comparable motion graphics software
• Strong sense of comedic timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to turn long livestreams into entertaining videos
• Understanding of short-form vertical content and social media editing
• Familiarity with VTubers, streamers, YouTube creators, gaming, or internet culture
• Good visual design instincts
• Ability to work independently and take creative initiative
• Reliable communication and time management

Junior editors are welcome to apply. A strong portfolio and understanding of creator content are more important to us than having many years of professional experience.

Growth Opportunity

We are looking for someone interested in growing with the studio long term.

As the company expands, there may be opportunities to take on larger projects, increase compensation, and eventually move into a full-time or lead creative position.

Compensation

$1.00–$3.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and editing ability.

Pay increases may be available based on performance, efficiency, responsibilities, and studio growth.
