JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a UK-based company in the memorial industry (plaques, memorial products). We’re hiring a reliable, detail-focused tea ---------- mber in the Philippines to help with product setup and product listings across Shopify and multiple marketplaces — including writing high-quality product descriptions and creating clean mockup images.

This starts as a temporary role, with the opportunity to continue long-term for the right person.

Schedule

Full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Schedule: mostly fixed, but flexible for the right person

You must be able to overlap with UK time (London) each day

Paid trial period (short paid test/trial to confirm fit)

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Setup & Listing (Shopify + Marketplaces)

Create and edit products in Shopify: titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, images, tags/collections, and product organisation

Build and maintain consistent listings across Amazon, eBay, Etsy (and other marketplaces as needed)

Format listings properly for each platform (categories, variations, attributes, compliance)

Maintain accuracy and consistency across channels (details matter in our industry)

Product Description Writing (Very Important)

Write clear, persuasive, well-structured product descriptions for memorial products

Translate product details into customer-friendly benefits and options (including personalisation)

Keep tone respectful and appropriate for memorial products

Ensure spelling, grammar, and formatting are excellent

Follow brand/style guidance and keep descriptions consistent across channels

Amazon Seller Central + A+ Content (Very Important)

Create and optimise Amazon listings in Seller Central

Build and update Amazon A+ Content (modules, layouts, image/text assets)

Ensure A+ content looks professional and matches our brand standards

Graphic Design / Mockup Images (Required)
You will often start from blank product images and need to create clean, professional listing visuals.

Create mockup images for products (e.g., personalisation examples, layout previews, option visuals)

Resize/crop/prepare images to match each platform’s requirements

Keep visual standards consistent across listings

Tools (Required)

Photoshop

Canva
(Other design tools are a bonus)

You’re a Great Fit If…

You have proven Shopify product listing experience

You can write strong English product descriptions (this is essential)

You have Amazon listing experience AND A+ Content experience (important)

You’ve worked with eBay and/or Etsy listings (preferred)

You are highly detail-oriented and organised

You can produce clean mockup images quickly and accurately

You communicate clearly and ask good questions when needed

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Bulk editing (CSV), templates, or listing tools

SEO basics for product titles and descriptions

Experience with variation-heavy / personalised products

Important Note About Our Industry
These are memorial products, so we need someone who writes and presents products with a respectful tone, and who understands accuracy is critical.
