JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team at Shoutout Digital, an Australia-based marketing agency that works mostly with dental and healthcare clinics.

This is a long-term remote role where you’ll be managing Google Ads campaigns for a number of client accounts.

If you enjoy working with data, improving campaign performance, and being part of a supportive remote team, this could be a great fit.

You won’t be working alone. Our team will support you with creatives, landing pages, and tracking, and you’ll have the freedom to manage campaigns in the way that works best for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main focus will be managing and improving Google Ads campaigns for our clients.

This includes:

• Setting up and launching campaigns based on client goals
• Monitoring campaign performance and making adjustments when needed
• Managing budgets, keywords, and bidding strategies
• Reviewing search terms and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Testing ad copy and campaign improvements
• Keeping an eye on key metrics such as conversions and cost per lead

You’ll also work with our internal team when needed to coordinate landing pages, creatives, and tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Comfortable working with Search and Performance Max campaigns
• Strong understanding of keyword strategy and search intent
• Experience managing multiple accounts is a plus
• Experience with service-based businesses is helpful but not required
• Someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently

If you’ve worked with healthcare or dental clients before, that’s a bonus.

Work Setup

This role starts at 20 to 30 hours per week.

The schedule is flexible and you don’t need to work fixed shifts.

Our team usually communicates between 10 AM to 5 PM Philippine time, so it helps if you’re generally reachable during that window.

This is a day shift role with no night work required.
