JOB OVERVIEW

LEVRG AI is a fast-growing agency serving local businesses, ecommerce brands, and online coaches. We also run a personal brand in the sales and entrepreneurship space. We produce 10–20+ short-form videos per week plus long-form YouTube content, paid ad creatives, and VSLs. Our content is bold, direct, high-energy, and built to convert into sales calls.
This role starts part-time but has a clear path to full-time as the company scales. You'll start editing our internal brand content as well as our agency clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Editing high-retention short-form content 10–20+ per week
Creating multiple hook variations per video for A/B testing (Get access to multiple hooks, body's and cta's and mix and match them.)
Editing long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and retention
Editing paid ad creatives for Meta
Editing VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
Repurposing long-form content into multiple short clips
Adding captions, zooms, motion graphics, sound effects, and B-roll
Maintaining clean file organization and project structure
Eventually editing content for agency clients as we scale

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Short-form edits ad creatives within 24-48 hours
Long-form within 72+ hours
Revisions same day
Responsive during agreed working hours
Implement feedback fast and without ego
Have overlap with PST (Pacific Standard ---------- Angeles UTC-8 )

REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
Strong understanding of short-form retention editing and hook psychology
Sharp pacing instincts
Clean, on-brand caption design
Basic motion graphics and transitions
Consistent, organized file management

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED BUT A MAJOR PLUS)
Direct-response ad editing experience (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
VSL editing experience
Experience editing for coaches, agencies, or info-product brands
Understanding of conversion psychology and hooks
Experience managing content for multiple client accounts

COMPENSATION
Monthly salary OR per-video rate, open to discussion based on experience
Performance-based bonuses tied to content results and client growth
Clear path to full-time as the agency scales
Earning potential grows directly with your output and results

You take 3–5 days to turn around a 60-second clip
You only do cinematic work and have no interest in performance content
You need constant supervision to execute
You take feedback personally
You don't care whether content actually performs
