We're a 7-figure e-commerce brand dominating the DACH market in the health and wellness space — and we need someone who takes initiative, owns every task they touch, and is in it for the long term. If you wait to be told what to do, this isn't for you.

This is a combined Customer Support and VA role. You'll be the voice our customers hear from and a reliable backstop for our operations team behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Support:
Respond to customer emails in German and English — orders, shipping, refunds, product questions
Process refunds across Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna
Track orders and coordinate with our supplier in English when needed
Monitor >Facebook comments and handle negative feedback with professionalism

Virtual Assistant & Ops:
Download ad creatives and upload them to Facebook Ads Manager
Create German voiceovers for ads using ElevenLabs
Update our landing page builder with copy and content changes
General admin: translations, file uploads, research

What We're Looking For

Fluent German — written and spoken, this is the core requirement
Strong English for internal and supplier communication
Background in e-commerce, customer support, or a VA role
Detail-oriented, reliable, and in it for the long term
BONUS: Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets experience
