Role summary
We’re looking for an execution-first Creative to produce high-quality, conversion-minded content for a science-backed health supplement brand. You’ll turn briefs into finished assets fast - especially short-form video, ads, and product visuals - using both standard creative tools and AI workflows.
What you’ll do
- Produce short-form videos for TikTok / Reels / Meta ads (hooks, cuts, captions, exports).
- Edit and version ad creatives for testing (multiple angles, formats, lengths).
- Create static assets: ad images, PDP graphics,
- Generate and refine AI content (image/video generation, background swaps, mockups, variations).
- Maintain a clean asset library + naming/versioning; deliver files in correct specs.
- Collaborate with marketing on rapid iteration based on performance feedback.
Must-have skills
- Strong video editing: CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut (speed, pacing, captions, sound).
- Solid design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, brand consistency.
- Proficient in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
- Comfortable with AI tools for production (e.g., Midjourney/DALL·E, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana etc.) and prompt iteration.
- Organized, responsive, and reliable with tight turnaround times.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience creating direct-response creatives for DTC (Meta/TikTok).
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects templates, simple animations).
- Familiarity with supplement/wellness compliance-friendly creative (no wild medical claims).
What success looks like
- Consistent output of on-brand assets weekly.
- Fast iterations and clean versions for creative testing.
- High-quality, “ready-to-run” deliverables with minimal back-and-forth.
