Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce / DTC Brand)

Freelance / Contract Position

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to help manage and optimize email marketing for a fast-growing luxury ecommerce brand.

Our brand, is a lifestyle and leisure brand focused on wellness, travel, and elevated daily rituals. We are growing quickly and looking for someone who understands DTC ecommerce email marketing and can help drive revenue through strategic flows, campaigns, and segmentation.

This is a remote freelance position with potential for a long-term partnership.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize all email marketing through Klaviyo, including:

• Creating and optimizing automated flows
• Managing weekly campaigns and product drops
• Building high-converting email templates
• Segmenting our audience for personalized messaging
• Improving open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per subscriber
• Analyzing performance and recommending improvements
• Supporting product launches, drops, and pre-orders
• Maintaining brand-consistent email design and messaging

• Review Request Flow
• VIP / Repeat Customer Flow
• Pre-order / Drop Notifications
• Win-Back Flow

Campaigns

• Weekly marketing campaigns
• Product launch emails
• Limited drops
• Promotional emails
• Community engagement emails

Requirements

• Strong experience with Klaviyo
• Experience working with Shopify ecommerce brands
• Proven ability to drive revenue through email marketing
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
• Ability to design clean, high-converting email layouts
• Data-driven mindset (testing subject lines, segmentation, etc.)

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Luxury / lifestyle brands
• DTC product launches
• Email design and copywriting

Deliverables

• Set up and manage all Klaviyo flows
• Send and manage campaigns
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance
• Improve email revenue and customer retention
