About the Role
37 Projects produces large volumes of YouTube Shorts, clips, and podcast content for leading voices in health, wellness, and performance.
We already have video editors, content managers, and quality checkers.
However, we are looking for someone who can protect the creative quality of the content before it is delivered to the client.
This role sits between the editors and final approval.
Your job is to ensure the videos are visually strong, engaging, and aligned with brand style before they are finalized.

What You Will Do
Review completed videos and evaluate:
• Hook strength in the first seconds
• Visual emphasis of key ---------- nts
• Animation quality and motion graphics
• Caption readability and pacing
• Visual storytelling clarity
• Overall engagement of the Short

If a video is weak or incomplete, you provide clear feedback to the editor for improvement.
Example feedback:
Instead of: “Animation is weak.”
You might say: “This sentence should have a full-screen text emphasis instead of a small caption highlight.”

Your Responsibilities
• Review Shorts, clips, and trailers before final approval
• Ensure animations and captions follow brand guidelines
• Improve visual storytelling when needed
• Provide clear feedback to editors in ---------- or similar tools
• Help maintain consistent creative standards across clients

You Are a Good Fit If You
• Have strong instincts for short-form storytelling
• Can immediately see when a video feels weak or slow
• Understand pacing, emphasis, and viewer attention
• Have experience reviewing or directing video edits
• Are comfortable giving feedback to editors

Important
This role is not primarily editing videos.

Your main responsibility is creative review and feedback.
