About 37 Projects
37 Projects is a YouTube-first video podcast marketing agency working with health, wellness, and performance brands. We help experts, doctors, and founders turn long-form conversations into high-retention YouTube videos that educate, build trust, and grow audiences.
We are not a generic content agency. Our work is research-driven, audience-aware, and optimized for YouTube discovery and retention.
About the Role
37 Projects produces podcast content for health experts, doctors, researchers, and performance brands. From every podcast episode we create multiple assets: full episodes, clips, Shorts, and high-impact trailers.
The trailer is one of the most important pieces of content we produce. It needs to capture the emotional tension, ideas, and story of the episode in a short, powerful format.
We are looking for someone who can design the architecture of these trailers.
This role is not about editing. It is about story judgment.
You will watch the full podcast episode and determine which
Video editors will then execute the edit based on your blueprint.
What You Will Do
• Watch full podcast episodes (1–2 hours)
• Identify the most powerful, emotional, or thought-provoking
• Select 15–20 candidate clips for the trailer
• Build the story structure of the trailer
• Arrange the clips in a way that creates curiosity, tension, and payoff
• Deliver a clear timestamp blueprint for editors
Example deliverable:
TRAILER STRUCTURE
0:00 Hook
12:14 – Key provocative idea
0:07 Curiosity
05:58 – Unexpected question
0:16 Emotional insight
20:56 – Personal reflection
0:28 Thought-provoking idea
17:33 – Key concept
0:38 Closing line
Editors then produce the final trailer using this structure.
