JOB OVERVIEW

Baie Botanique is an award-winning natural skincare brand selling internationally through Shopify and Amazon.
We are looking for a highly organised E-commerce Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day running of our Shopify stores and Amazon marketplaces and ensure everything operates smoothly.

Salary: 35,000 PHP

We are a small, experienced team looking for a reliable long-term tea ---------- mber to grow with us..

**IMPORTANT:**
You must be comfortable working **UK hours (8am – 5pm Monday to Friday)**

What a Typical Week in This Role Looks Like

In this role, your week will involve a mix of operational tasks across our Shopify and Amazon stores.
Typical activities include:

• Checking Shopify and Amazon stores to ensure listings, pricing and content are accurate
• Monitoring customer orders and coordinating with fulfilment centres when needed
• Updating product pages, collections and website content using Shopify
• Tracking inventory levels across fulfilment locations
• Supporting improvements to product pages and store layout
• Responding to occasional customer emails relating to orders or deliveries (customer volume is generally low)
• Helping document operational processes as the business grows

Most tasks are operational and process-driven, with clear systems and support from the team.

1. Store & Marketplace Management

• Ensuring Shopify and Amazon listings are accurate and up to date
• Adding new products and maintaining existing listings
• Updating product pages, collections and site content
• Improving product page clarity and layout
• Troubleshooting issues with listings or pages

2. Orders, Fulfilment & Inventory

• Monitoring orders across Shopify and Amazon
• Communicating with fulfilment centres when needed
• Tracking inventory across locations
• Coordinating stock transfers between UK, EU and US fulfilment centres
• Reviewing fulfilment invoices and resolving discrepancies

3. Customer & Wholesale Support

• Responding to customer emails relating to orders and deliveries
• Resolving order issues or address updates
• Supporting communication with wholesale partners where required
• Assisting with marketplace partner coordination

4. Operational Improvements

• Helping document operational processes
• Supporting improvements to workflows and reporting
• Keeping systems organised as the business grows

General Operational Support

You may occasionally assist with additional operational tasks that support the wider e-commerce team.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
- Works quickly, communicates proactively, and keeps tasks moving without delays
- Has hands-on experience with Shopify and/or Amazon, not just theoretical or support-level work
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows through without needing constant direction
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable working with product data, inventory tracking, and spreadsheets
- Can work independently and solve problems without step-by-step instruction
