Sales Partner – Estate & Brand Outreach (Flexible/Commission-Based)

What You’ll Do:

Identify and call estate sale companies, libraries, real estate agents, and potential brand/wholesale partners.
Build relationships that lead to book pickups (for estate sales) or business partnerships (brands/wholesale).
Each successful estate sale book pickup you generate earns $20—scaling passively as accounts grow.

Responsibilities

Performance Expectations & Quota

This is a performance-driven role with clear activity and results expectations. Success in this position comes from consistent outreach and relationship building.

Minimum Weekly Activity Expectations:

Outbound Activity ---------- outbound calls per week to generate new leads
10–20 new leads added to your pipeline per week
10–20 follow-ups with existing leads
Pipeline Development

5–10 qualified leads per week expressing interest in working with us
2–4 new deals progressing toward active partnership status
Results Expectations

Target: 4–10 deals generated per month after initial ramp period
Each deal you generate earns $20 commission
Deals can produce recurring commissions as relationships develop
What Success Looks Like

Successful sales partners typically:

Build and manage 25–75 active leads
Generate consistent weekly deal flow
Create recurring monthly commission from past deals
Earn $500–$2,000+ per month, with significant growth potential
Ramp Period

First 30 Days:
Focus on lead generation and pipeline development

Months 2–3:
Deals begin closing and commissions begin compounding

Months 3+:
Strong performers generate consistent recurring income from established deals

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively
Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to engage prospects proactively
Knowledge of technology sales or related industries is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and follow-up
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships

We only hire individuals who can maintain high-level psychological control of a conversation through insightful questioning.

Mandatory Technical Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:

A Personal Power Dialer: You must have your own reliable system/software for high-volume outbound calling.

US Connectivity: The ability to make crystal-clear, lag-free calls to the United States.

Verified Experience: A proven track record in outbound prospecting or appointment setting.
