What You’ll Do:

Source and engage top US-based finance professionals using LinkedIn, ---------- , email, SMS, and phone outreach
Recruit for roles such as Tax Managers, Senior Accountants, Controllers, Auditors, Finance Managers, and other finance-focused positions
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess technical, industry, and cultural fit
Present well-qualified shortlists and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle
Build and maintain a strong finance talent pipeline for repeat and ongoing placements
Consistently meet — and exceed — weekly recruiting and placement goals

What You Bring

3+ years of US recruiting experience, with a strong focus on finance and accounting roles
Proven success placing US candidates with US clients
Permanent placement / direct hire experience required
Strong understanding of finance role requirements, compensation ranges, and hiring dynamics
Excellent communication
Self-driven, competitive, and performance-oriented mindset
