JOB OVERVIEW

We are a creative agency specializing in the construction industry and public charter school marketing. We are seeking a highly skilled advanced video editor. In this role, you will create corporate videos for our company’s own social media, as well as for select clients. Your content will include job site progressions, testimonials, and ads for both our brand and other customers. You will also produce content to boost our internal social media presence, including ads, monthly content calendars, and copywriting. At the same time, you’ll produce flashy, high-motion After Effects sequences to captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit corporate videos (testimonials, job site progress, ground-up builds).
Produce short-form ads for our internal social media and select clients.
Design long-form branded content and flashy After Effects motion graphics.
Manage and ideate monthly social media content calendars for our company.
Write copy and generate creative concepts for posts.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong portfolio featuring corporate, testimonial, and high-energy motion graphics.
Experience in the construction industry or charter school advertising is a plus.
Ability to balance clean, corporate styles with flashy, attention-grabbing motion graphics.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
