Luxury Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to engage with prospective clients and convert marketing leads into booked in-office consultations.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally persuasive, verbally gifted, intuitive with people, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The right candidate understands how to quickly assess a client’s goals, communicate value, and guide them toward the best next step with our providers.
You will be representing a luxury medical aesthetics brand, so professionalism, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up with inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns
* Conduct outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails with prospective clients
* Quickly assess client needs and determine the best services to introduce
* Confidently guide clients toward scheduling in-person consultations with our providers
* Educate clients on Skin Kahala’s treatments, providers, and current promotions
* Coordinate scheduling to ensure a seamless patient experience
* Re-engage existing clients about relevant treatments, specials, or upgrades
* Assist clients in understanding available financing options when appropriate
* Maintain organized lead tracking and communication within our CRM system
Ideal Candidate
* Naturally persuasive communicator with strong sales instincts
* Quick thinker who can adapt conversations in real time
* Skilled at identifying whether a lead is price-driven or relationship-driven
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
* Comfortable representing a luxury brand experience
* Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
* Background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or spa industry
* Experience in consultative sales or high-ticket service sales
* Familiarity/Experience with aesthetic treatments (Botox, micro-needling, RF tightening, Fillers etc.)
* Experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel (preferred but not required)
