We are looking for an **A-player HR / People Operations Manager** based in the Philippines who knows how to help build strong teams, protect company culture, and support a fast-growing e-commerce business at a high level.
This is **not** an entry-level HR role.

We are an established **e-commerce company operating at a nine-figure annual revenue level**, and we are looking for someone who can help us scale our team with excellence.
### What You’ll Be Responsible For
As our HR / People Operations Manager, you will play a major role in helping us build and maintain an elite team.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Leading **full-cycle recruitment** for key roles
* Improving hiring systems so we attract **top-tier talent only**
* Managing onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success
* Helping leadership strengthen and protect **company culture**
* Supporting employee engagement, retention, and team health
* Creating and improving HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
* Assisting with performance reviews, accountability systems, and team development
* Handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and maturity
* Identifying people issues early and helping leadership solve them
* Supporting long-term organizational growth through strong people operations

* Experience working in an **e-commerce business**
* Strong understanding of the responsibilities of a **high-level HR professional**
* Proven experience helping improve **company culture**, team performance, or retention
* Experience in a remote work environment
* Ability to create structure, improve systems, and drive execution
### Strongly Preferred
* Experience supporting an **e-commerce operator or company doing nine figures annually**
* Experience hiring for growth-stage or performance-driven teams
* Experience working closely with founders, operators, or senior leadership
* Background in creating HR systems that scale
### Compensation
* **Starting salary: $1,000/month**
* Salary will **increase based on performance, capability, and impact**
