We have a fast-growing streetwear brand focused on bold designs, strong visuals, and high-performance advertising. Our collections combine modern aesthetics with cultural edge, targeting young men and women across Europe.
We are scaling aggressively through paid social (Meta & TikTok), and creative is the core driver of our growth.
We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Designer who understands both fashion aesthetics and performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who:

Has strong experience creating high-converting image ads and video ads
Has experience working in fashion/streetwear/apparel
Understands what makes creatives perform on Meta & TikTok
Is extremely detail-oriented and precise
Can translate a brand vision into powerful visual storytelling
Works independently and manages their own time effectively

Responsibilities:

Create high-converting image ads for paid social
Create engaging video ads (UGC-style, product-focused, hooks, variations)
Develop multiple creative variations for testing
Translate marketing angles into visual concepts
Work closely with our creative & marketing team
Optimize existing creatives based on performance data
Maintain brand consistency across all outputs

Requirements
• Proven experience in fashion advertising
• Strong portfolio of paid social ads (image & video)
• Advanced skills in: Canva or Adobe
• Experienced in using AI tools
• Ability to work full-time (flexible hours, results-focused)
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication skills

Bonus If You:

Have worked with streetwear or youth-focused brands
Understand UGC formats and TikTok-native content
Can think strategically — not just execute designs
