We are an Australian property development company looking for a highly analytical Virtual Assistant to assist with real estate deal analysis and feasibility studies.
You will be responsible for analysing residential property opportunities across Queensland and other Australian regions and building detailed feasibility reports to determine if deals meet our required profit margins.
This is NOT a basic admin role. We are looking for someone strong with numbers, spreadsheets, and research.
Responsibilities:
• Research suburb data (median price, days on market, demand trends)
• Analyse comparable sales using Australian real estate platforms
• Build detailed feasibility spreadsheets (purchase price, renovation costs, holding costs, selling costs, profit margins, ROI)
• Input and structure renovation budgets
• Calculate LVR, equity splits, investor returns (e.g., 15% p.a. structures)
• Present clean, professional summary reports
• Deliver completed feasibility reports within 72 hours of property submission
Requirements:
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas required)
• Experience with real estate analysis (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow financial models and refine them
• Excellent written English
• Fast turnaround and reliable communication
Bonus if you have:
• Experience analysing Australian property
• Experience with development or renovation feasibility models
• Understanding of ROI, IRR, LVR, and investor structuring
