Financial Controller / Accounting Operations Lead
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | $2,000–$2,500 per month | Long-Term
This is not a data-entry bookkeeping job.
This is a financial ownership role.
I am the owner of a growing US-based service company.
I am looking for one person who will take complete ownership of our accounting operations so I never have to think about them again.

What You Will Own Completely
• Accounts Receivable discipline (structured follow-up, aging review, escalation)
• Accounts Payable controls (duplicate payment checks, contract validation, overcharge prevention)
• US payroll processing (employees + contractors)
• Weekly cash flow reporting (clear, simple, decision-ready)
• Job-level expense tracking & budget monitoring
• Monthly close & owner-ready financial statements
• Process improvements to prevent financial leakage
Your job is simple:

Required Experience
• 8+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
• 3+ years supporting US-based clients
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience running US payroll
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Stable work history (low job hopping)

Compensation
Full-time (40 hours/week)
$2,000–$2,200 per month depending on experience
This is a long-term position.
We are not looking for freelancers or short-term contractors.
