Lead Generation Specialist (Email Scraping) – Home Services Industry (Gig Role)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a targeted database of contractors and service providers in the home services industry.

This is a project-based (gig) role with the potential for ongoing work if performance is strong.

Your primary responsibility will be researching and collecting accurate contact information (especially email addresses) for businesses such as:

General Contractors
Plumbers
Electricians
HVAC Companies
Landscaping Companies
Remodeling Companies
Cleaning Services
Pest Control Companies

And other home service providers

Responsibilities

1. Research contractors and home service businesses in specified locations
2. Scrape and collect verified business email addresses
3. Gather additional data points such as:
4. Business Name
5. Owner/Decision Maker Name (if available)
6. Phone Number
7. Website
8. City/State
9. Google Rating of 4 and up
10. Ensure high data accuracy and low bounce rates
11. Deliver clean, organized spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
12. Remove duplicates and validate email addresses

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation and email scraping

Experience using tools such as:
Apollo

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Google Maps scraping tools
Other relevant scraping software

Must have:

Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Good written English
Reliable internet connection

Important Notes

We are looking for quality over quantity

Emails must be verified and valid and updated

No random bulk scraping — we want targeted, relevant contacts only

Experience working with US-based businesses is a plus
