Hello!

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is familiar with how to use a CRM to join our team. This will be a Sales and Support role and we are looking for someone who can mask their Philippine accent and aggressively pursue sales.. If you have a fear of rejection, this job is not for you. If you copy and paste responses when following up with leads, this job is also not for you.

We are looking for someone skilled who can help turn our CRM list of 45,000 into sales. You must be able to communicate via chat, email, phone, and text through our CRM and other tools.

We want someone who is willing to commit to only one job, so this is a permanent position and no other work is permitted. While we are looking for a sales and support teammate, if you have experience in design or spreadsheet management, please include that in your application. That is a huge plus.

Your responsibilities will include working on business development through lead generation and closing the sale, business support, and (BONUS) content or data (HUGE PLUS)

Here are the responsibilities in more detail:

(Business Development Part)
- Engaging Leads via Chat, Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media and correctly qualifying them and closing the sale
- Correctly Updating the Lead in our CRM to update the team what they were interested in
- Sharing opportunities of improvement for the company to team leaders
- Completing Daily Tasks assigned to you
- Engaging in Tasks assigned to you in our Team Boards

(Business Support Part)
- Supporting our beloved clients every step of the way (via Chat, Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media)
- Assigning, Updating, and Labeling Support Tickets correctly
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and Encouraging New Opinions with the way we do business

BONUS Points If you can do design or spreadsheet work.

You will be using the following tools:
- Microsoft/Google Products
- Click Up
- Freshsales (CRM)
- Intercom (Chat)
- PostScript (SMS)
- Shopify

Experience with these tools is a plus, but not necessary as we have training.

Applicants with the following Qualifications will be given priority focus:
- Having more than 2 years in BPO
- Proficiency with the Tools
- A pleasant people person
- Backgrounds in Sales

We are looking for someone who can commit 30-40 hours of undivided attention to our efforts, per week. This will be a full-time position.
